Here at DCI electrical we offer a wide range of services carried out with great care and skill. Fire Alrams & Emergency Lighting

Fire detection for domestic property’s

For fire detection in a single house hold we recommend and install grade D2 systems which normally cover the kitchen and landings and carbon detectors where necessary.

Fire detection in a block of flats require a grade C or B system which includes a main control panel and smoke and heat detectors linking all flats and communal ways together.

Emergency lighting in commercial/industrial or communal ways is key. We test and maintain all emergency lighting and advise on what you need

Replacement and LED Upgrades

Just like anything sockets and switches unfortunately get old and worn and don’t just need changing for aesthetics but for your installation to be electrically sound and functioning correctly with no issues.

LED lighting is not only more efficient saving you a whole load of money but long lasting as well! Our products we supply and install range from a 2-7 year warranty meaning if the fitting is to go faulty within the time of the warranty you get with the product (excludes discontinued products), we will come and replace it for you at no extra cost.

We carryout many EICR’s (Electrical Installation Condition Report) throughout the year for landlords, home owners, people buying or selling a property.

EICR’s are vital to for the law in rental property’s and for safety. We carry our test and inspections out to a high standard to make sure you/tenants are safe in your homes.We have a speedy turn overs for EICR’s - this is how it goes
